Ted Wooley

Ted Wooley currently serves as president of Horizons Unlimited Group, a Dallas-based publishing and consulting company he helped found in 1987 and best known for publishing the Insider Reports series of instructional manuals.

He has been a contributing author on more than a dozen Insider Reports calling on experiences learned during his 20-year business career.

Wooley first received national exposure at the early age of 25, when he was responsible for managing the fastest growing tri-state region in a company that at the time was the fastest growing privately held company in the United States. As a lecturer and respected business consultant, he has helped equip thousands of individuals to achieve their own personal dreams.

With a command of many subjects, his primary areas of focus are personal and business financing. "The two go hand-in-hand," says Wooley. "When starting a business, you are the business. If you don't have credibility, then your business doesn't either. Contrary to what people think, people invest in people--not ideas. Ideas are the magnet that initially attracts the money, but personal credibility is the glue that makes it stick around."
