Iíve been in the Health and Nutrition Industry for 6 years, and it amazes me at the lengths people go to loose that fricken weight. Itís simple they are misinformed, or simply lack the education. Common, lets face it no one, wants to be uncomfortable with themselves, its impossible to hide it. No matter how you try to cover it up. The fact is you know you have to face yourselves. Stop your dieting, your body is no science project.
Iím going to keep this simple, so we both can understand. You need to know this in the united states alone women so young and older, over 64 million are over weight and over 34 million are obese. Similarly if you keep on eating without doing any activity, you are going to increase that weight. Listen Iím sure you know all of this, here is a question for you. Many people or diet companies talk often about a balance diet. If you are anything like me. Thereís just no time, most times I donít even have tome to eat, Iím sure its not healthy, but itís the truth. Now you tell me, our lifestyles are so consuming, how on earth do we still keep a check on what to eat and the amounts we eat. Its impossible I do know one thing for sure I am not going to weigh anything I eat, that to me is crazy. So what is the answer. Well!! I have head and some had no results, I guess the bottom line is to stick to what you are doing and gradually make the necessary changes to suite your lifestyle small step at a time.
