Create Your Own Campaign For Success!

Learn how you can achieve the level of income and success you want!

Whenever you undertake any project of any kind, large or small, you will help yourself if you first create a workable plan. An outline of not only what you want to achieve, but more importantly, HOW to achieve what you want. This is what we refer to as your Campaign for Success. As an affiliate, your basic, targeted goals are:

  • Credibility - First and foremost and from which everything else stems.
  • Income - Indication you're doing something right.
  • Success - Which is the natural by-product of the first two aspects.

Now that the objectives are established, let's take a look at HOW you can create and develop each of these aspects to their fullest.

Credibility

Have you heard the saying; "Talk good about me, talk bad about me, but just TALK about me?" That's a pretty clever saying and it might be applicable in some situations, but NOT when you're wanting to create REAL and long-lasting success. And that IS what you want isn't it?

People today are pretty savvy. They're also pretty wary. Especially when it comes to this, still-new-to-many, thing called the Internet. Remember, the Internet is an impersonal medium. People don't have the advantage of being able to see you, (they can't see your eyes), BUT, don't think for a minute that they're not watching you! Especially those who have become familiar with the Internet. They're always watching you. To see if you really are who you say you are. To see if you really do what you say you do. To see if you really do offer a GOOD product or service and that your merchants follow through on their guarantee/refund policy, instead of you or them, trying to scam them.

There's the story of the merchant who received an email that simply said, "Cancel my order. Don't ask why." The merchant cancelled the order, no questions asked, and promptly refunded the person's money. A short while later, the merchant received another email from this person who revealed they had only wanted to see if the merchant would indeed honor his word to refund with no questions asked.

So, it becomes obvious, and imperative, that you do EVERYTHING you can to MAKE SURE others get to know you as someone who is trustworthy, and therefore, they consider the products/services you offer as good investments. We've all heard people say, "It was incredible!" or, "It was unbelievable!" as a compliment. You WANT people to say, "You are SO credible!" or, "You are SO believable!" You get the point.

If you have your own Web site, the very best way you can achieve this first aspect of credibility is to REALLY look at what you present visitors on your Web site. Here are several questions you should ask yourself: Is it what YOU like to see when you enter someone else's Web site? Does the overall look create a level of comfort for your visitors? Could they be overwhelmed and/or confused? When you begin reading what is written, do the words appeal to the senses? Could your visitors feel as if they're being bombarded with the same old slick sales speech? Is your overall presentation geared towards making visitors comfortable? or towards "Getting the Sale?"

If you don't have your own Web site, but are conducting a promotional campaign through e-mail to individuals, newsgroups, discussion groups, and/or forums, then think about what you are REALLY saying to people about yourself and the product or service you're promoting when you speak.

Consider these facts *People DON'T like to be talked at or down to. *People DON'T like to be told what they need. *People definitely DON'T like to be badgered.

People DO like to believe THEY have discovered something really unique and/or valuable on their own. It's also a well known fact that a lot of people don't really know what they want or need.

There's nothing wrong with KNOWING you're just helping them discover that what they want and/or need is something unique and/or valuable that YOU just happen to know about and offer. So really, to avoid being perceived as a salesperson, (Oh No! Not another one of them!), but rather as someone who seems like a decent and knowledgeable person who is just sharing something someone else might find interesting or useful. All you need to do is mention a product or service as a subtle reference in the midst - AND IN CONTEXT - of good content.

Consider how you would tell your friends about something you've enjoyed or from which you've benefited in a casual conversation. Present your products or services to visitors as you would your friends. You'll have made new friends who will be interested in what you have to say about other products or services! This is the ONLY way you will achieve credibility! Establishing your credibility is the ONLY way you will receive the income and create the success you want!

Income

Once you've established your credibility, it only follows that you will achieve the increase in your income you desire. People will want to try what you have to offer, as long as YOU are SURE you're offering the very best, they will be satisfied. They're going to want to know what else you can suggest to them as something they might find interesting and/or useful. They will return to your Web site or seek you out, through whatever avenue you have provided them, any time they are looking for something in particular or when they just have a "hankering" for something. Oh, they don't know quite just what, but they'll bet YOU will know!

When these people are so satisfied with what you do for them, you can be sure they're going to tell their family, friends, neighbors and anyone who'll listen! This "word-of-mouth" is one of, if not THE greatest means of creating and developing not only a steady, but GROWING income!

Success

This is when the FUN really begins! Much as with the infamous snowball rolling down a hill, once you've established your credibility, your credibility is causing people to take you up on your suggestions. Then, they're referring you and the products or services you're promoting to others, which is creating great income. THIS is what you call success, is it not?

As stated earlier, success is the natural by-product of achieving the first two aspects of credibility and income. And here you are, simply by first knowing WHAT you wanted, you created and developed the HOW to get what you wanted. Granted, while this article has presented a pretty general overview of an outline for your "Campaign for Success," it does reveal the natural progression of HOW to achieve success.

If you were paying attention, it's quite possible you learned some important lessons you can apply in other areas of your life:

Plan your work ... Then work your plan!
