The first way is they help you build credibility. The other way is that they give you the perfect opportunity to drive traffic to your site. The key in doing this is in the topics you choose to be an expert in. You should pick subjects that are based on your web site. Why? After, you provide an answer to a question you can use your site as a follow-up tool. Your site will aid the reader by providing them additional information on the topic they need help in.
